Our range of products may be classified under three major categories.
Rigid
Rigid plastics are the primary materials used to supply the bulk of the products we manufacture for our major clients. With very demanding control of tolerances - and wall thickness that vary from 1mm upward - products can range from complex window profiles to simple conduit and U channel profiles. Some of our specialist products also utilise materials with very low thermal absorption properties to minimise thermal expansion issues.
Flexible
Ranging from standard flexible PVC to exotic hot melt adhesives, these materials are used in products for the building & construction, electrical and agricultural industries - to name only a few - where their applications tend to be very specific.
Co-Extruded
Whether it is just a requirement for two different colours, or for two very different materials, we manufacture a multitude of co-extruded products. These can be co-extruded gaskets such as are used in windows and ancillaries as seals, or twin colour earth sleeve for electrical applications.
A window profile, using UPVC, requiring very tight dimensional control of its complex section and several mating parts. Our rigid PVC products can be up to 300mm wide.
A two part corner trim in UPVC used in the building, construction and mobile-home industries. Some clients require specialised materials to control thermal expansion by using materials that have low thermal absorption properties.
We manufacture pipe from a choice of materials in a large number of diameters and wall thicknesses. The pipe shown here is manufactured using Polycarbonate. Typically, pipe can also be manufactured from UPVC as well as ABS and Polyethylene.
